Rods may be ordered by telephone or e-mail. This permits a complete discussion of your requirements. Orders for rods built to my standard models, sizes and finishes do not need a deposit. If you choose to make changes from my standard models, sizes or finishes, a $200.00 deposit is required. Payments may be made by check or money order or funds transfer via PayPal as described on the bottom of this page.
Upon completion of your rod, you will be notified of its availability and billed for the balance due which will include shipping, insurance costs and all applicable taxes. On receipt of your payment, your rod will be shipped to you via insured USPS priority service. Unless special arrangement is made before completion of work, balance payments are required within 20 days of date of invoice or the sale will be voided, the deposit (if any) forfeit and the rod offered to others on the waiting list.
No rod will be shipped until I am satisfied with its quality and functionality.
Foreign customers should remit payments in U.S. currency and are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees at the destination including shipping and insurance costs. Shipping costs to foreign destinations are determined on consultation with the customer upon completion of the rod. Orders from customers outside the US should be made directly to me and paid via PayPal through the secure link below.

All of the new rods which I build are guaranteed to the original purchaser in the following way:
You must be completely satisfied when you receive your new rod with regard to its action, appearance and craftsmanship or I will, if the rod is returned within three days un-used, make you another within the normal limits of shop schedule or re-fund your money.
I expect you to take reasonable care of your new rod and to use it sensibly. In order to permit you to better enjoy angling with your new tackle I offer the following. If a new rod breaks through normal use or does not function properly and is found to be defective in either materials or workmanship upon my inspection
and in recognition that accidents do happen I will, during the first two years of ownership, repair or replace one section free of repair charges upon return of the rod and the injured portion to my shop. Your new rod is made to be fished. Fear of damage through use should not stop you from using your tackle.
Your new rod is registered to you via the serial number. If some catastrophe should befall the rod at some future date, my records will permit me to accurately describe it or effect repairs.
